As soon as Arsh walked out of the warehouse, the men who had been holding Saanvi at gunpoint stayed in their positions for a few more seconds. One of them carefully peeked through the broken window, making sure Arsh had crossed the compound and escaped safely without anyone following him. Only after they were completely certain did they exchange silent glances. Without wasting another second, they jumped out of the window one after another, disappearing into the darkness as silently as they had arrived.

The entire place suddenly fell eerily quiet.
